Kamloops mini-vacation

Last weekend was spent visiting visiting Auntie J in Kamloops.
We did lots of cool things including playing in an awesome park, going to the farmers market, and heading into lake country to play with some Kangaroos at Kangaroo Creek Farm.
I got to feed some kangaroos, and hold a baby joey!
I wasn't too keen on the birds, but mom kept them away from me.

Engagement Party

Such a fun weekend in Edmonton celebrating with my second cousin Chelby, and her fiance Michael. I had such a great time, and was super spoiled by all of the cuddles I got.
I'm also quite excited, because mom says that we're going to go to Scotland next year to watch them get married!

First Canadian Ultimate Championships

Mom, dad, the puppies and I are in Edmonton for the week watching some friends play at the Canadian Ultimate Championships!

It's been a great time so far, and I've also gotten to visit with my aunt and uncle, cousins, and my great aunt and uncle!

The first night we were here we met up with one of mom's friends to eat some very tasty Laos/Thai food! It was so tasty, and I got to eat a ton of it! My favorites were the spicy soup broth, and the stir fried pork.

Tomorrow we're going to watch more ultimate, and hang out with Auntie Jacqueline.

Lots of updates on my Instagram if you want to keep up with me that way!

SEA to YXE done

After two hard days of driving we're finally home!
Nothing much interesting to report; yesterday we packed up camp in Redmond and drove all the way to Creston. We woke up early this morning and completed the rest of our drive so that I could spend some time with Odin celebrating his 4th birthday!
Lots of driving, but a great first Potlatch! And a great way to celebrate my 6 month half-birthday.

*Mom's note:
This is the first trip that we've brought toys for Eevie to play with. I kept them fresh by rotating them every couple of hours or so (while she slept) so she could wake up to a "new" toy.
We once again brought too many clothes, as she double wore each outfit. I just keep waiting for the day when she gets in to mud or something, so will probably still pack assuming 1.5 outfits per day.
It was also pretty hot out a couple of the days so we went through more formula than anticipated. We also started to introduce small amounts of water this trip timing it to when we were feeding her small amounts of "real" food. She really enjoyed the fresh sockeye salmon sashimi that we had at our stop in Abbotsford

Potlatch days 3-4

We made it safely to Seattle yesterday and spent the morning wandering around the Pike Place market. We then went to see the Space Needle and the EMP museum.
Today we watched dad play his first 3 games of the tournament, and tomorrow we'll do the same all over again!

Day 2: Revelstoke to Abbotsford

Day 2 of travelling is done!
We just had a short trip (5.5 hours) from Revelstoke to Abbotsford. Dad got us some sushi for supper (I really love sockeye salmon sashimi!) and we found a cute little campground with lots of grass for me to practice my baby yoga poses on.
Tomorrow we're going to cross into the US and spend most of the day exploring Seattle before heading to the fields.

Potlatch here we come!

This morning we left on our family road trip to watch dad play Potlatch in Redmond! We're going to be camping in BC tonight and tomorrow, then heading down to spend Friday day in Seattle and head to the fields Friday night.
Packing wise, mom brought the same items we brought when we went camping a couple of weeks back. The only thing she added was my noise cancelling ear muffs so that we can go see 4th of July fireworks, and a couple more toys for me to play with in the car.
Photos are up on my Instagram, and more posts on the way!
